How to inflate?
1.Pinch the bottom of the nozzle with your thumb and forefinger to make it flat before inflating.
2. Insert the pump.

How to deflate?
1. Remove the nozzle cover and press the sealing cap onto the lower nozzle.
2. Press the product with your other hand to release the air.
Attention:
